Role Purpose
The Senior Global Payments Associate plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and strengthening Moneycorp’s market position. This individual is responsible for identifying, engaging, and acquiring new corporate clients through a variety of targeted go‑to‑market strategies.

In this front‑line role, the Senior Global Payments Associate proactively sources high‑quality prospects, builds meaningful relationships, and collaborates closely with Sales and Regional Directors to ensure a smooth, successful onboarding experience. As the first point of contact for potential clients, this role is essential in shaping client perception and advancing opportunities through the sales pipeline

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new, strategic mid-market,and large enterprise prospects, through proactive outbound channels.

Identifynew business opportunities through consultative selling and acting as a trusted expert to prospects and customers alike.

Identifyandleveragestrategic partnerships with current and prospectivepartners.

Relentlessfocus onrevenue targets ensuring your personal and company targets andobjectivesare achieved.

Meetand communicate with prospects,partnersand clients regularly.





Maintain a robust pipeline in line with quotas.

Collaboration

Work within the broaderSales Team to develop a pipeline in keyidentifiedverticals

Maintain open communication with internal teams to align on campaign targets and objectives.

Working in partnership with Sales Directors and Dealers to ensure a smooth onboarding and handover of clients

Establish and foster relationships with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.

Geographical &industryexpert;

Develop marketknowledgewithin key geographic areas and specific industries that align to the strategy.

Attendance of local events, trade shows andbuild apartnershipnetwork togenerateleads.

Pipelineforecast

Daily usage ofCRMtomaintainup-to-dateprospects and customerrecords.

Real time input, tracking and forecasting of pipeline.

Requirements

Experience fast-paced salesenvironments, ideally but not mandatory in globalpayments & FX:direct customer acquisitionand/orthroughpartnerships

A strategic thinker wholeveragespersonal experience, businessinsightand financial acumen toidentifynew verticals, partnerships,productsand revenue models to accelerate growth

Collaborative person with interpersonal and organizational networking skills tomaintaina high performing sales culture

Experience listening to customers to understand the problems they are trying to solve, presentappropriate solutionsand close business

Demonstrate sales outcomes that have exceeded goals with a proven record of significant revenue generation.

Proventrack recordof success within the mid-size to large business environments.

Skills &competencies;

A hands-on, quota-focusedsalespersonwho is comfortable engaging daily with enterprise customers,prospectsand partners

Strong presentation and consistent organizational skills

Ability toidentify, position and implement complex services to potential prospects, dealing with prospective customer contacts amongst C-level executives

Proven success in winning new business and helping others closenew salesopportunities





Exemplary customer-facing skills with a focus on building new business

Ability to develop and consistently apply follow-up techniques and strategies to advance the sales process

Self-motivation, with an ability to work effectively in a sales-oriented business culture

Highly numerate,analyticaland competent in providing analytics

Excellent attention to detail

Minimum of 1 year’s sales experience ina similar sales role.

Industry experience is preferred but not essential.

Strong relationship building and networking skills

Highly proactive and self-motivated.

Bilingual - French (Preferred but not essential)

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent desired (International Business, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing)

What'sin it for you?

This position is full-time permanent opportunity based out of our Toronto office 5 days a week.

This role offers a salary range between $90,000-$130,000 per annum + commission scheme and a comprehensive benefits package

Location and Hours of Work:

Location: Toronto,ON

Overtime Eligible: Yes

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8.30am – 5.00pm

Flexibility will berequiredin line with business needs

This is an in office role 5 days per week in the office.
