Supervisors run day to day operations in the organization. They are hands-on employees who set the tone of the jobsite, coordinate employees, facilitate training of employees, work with clients and subtrades, and communicate regularly. Supervisors are required to be results focused, evaluating productivity, production, and quality simultaneously while keeping a positive, can-do attitude. They must be able to critically assess situations, perform conflict resolutions, solve construction problems, read documents and blueprints accurately, and perform efficient jobsite planning.

We work from Montague to Summerside, but sometimes beyond that. Reliable transportation and punctuality are required. We work in year round in all types of weather conditions.

Successful applicants must be able to work seamlessly with others, work under other supervisors if required,



have excellent communication skills, have a good knowledge of various construction procedures and skills including being able to perform them, be able to compile a construction take-off and read various documents.
