In this permanent full time role, you will report to the Director and coordinate operations within the Child and Adolescent Acute Care Inpatient Unit. Your responsibilities include human resource management, quality service delivery, and leadership development. You will also mentor team members and ensure high-quality, evidence-informed care alongside a Physician Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and evaluate patient and family-centered services
• Lead a multidisciplinary team in mental health care
• Manage operational expenditures and resource allocation
• Collaborate with clinicians to improve practices
• Complete performance evaluations and manage staff development
Requirements:
• Baccalaureate and Master’s Degree in a health-related field
• Minimum five years clinical experience
• Two years of management/leadership experience
• Knowledge of program-based care concepts
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
