Drive excellence in HVAC operations with Indwell across various regions as a Building HVAC Supervisor. Oversee mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance and supporting residents in need.

In this full time role, you will report to the Building Systems Manager and be responsible for leading daily operations, troubleshooting complex issues, and managing contractor relationships. You will also work closely with facilities staff, providing a trauma-informed approach to support residents who require assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor building coordinators and staff effectively
• Administer preventative maintenance contracts and schedules
• Analyze recurring system problems and implement long-term solutions




• Ensure compliance and performance from external contractors
• Manage BAS/BMS systems for alarms and system repairs

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC or mechanical operations
• Expertise in HVAC systems and building automation
• Strong leadership skills and team communication
• Basic understanding of mental health and substance use
