In your position as Equipment Maintenance Superintendent, you will lead comprehensive maintenance, field service, and planning activities at Hall Shoring & Foundations. Your focus will include enhancing equipment reliability, coordinating inspections, and aligning maintenance strategies with operational needs. You’ll conduct root cause analyses on failures, oversee compliance with maintenance standards, and support technician development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise technicians and schedule maintenance planning




• Coordinate winter overhaul programs and inspections
• Review oil sample results for proactive maintenance
• Maintain robust relationships with operations teams
• Facilitate emergency contractor support and logistics

Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in equipment maintenance
• 5+ years in a supervisory role
• Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician certification
• Experience with maintenance management systems
• Valid driver's license
