You will play a crucial role in the maintenance and construction of ENWIN's potable water distribution system. Reporting to the Manager, you will lead daily operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and effective resource management. Your leadership will be vital in training staff and responding to urgent system needs while maintaining high service levels for our community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead crews in the inspection and maintenance tasks
• Monitor in office safety and compliance with regulations
• Organize response strategies for emergent safety issues




• Participate in pre-construction meetings for water projects
• Create detailed reports on overall system performance

Requirements:
• Class 3 Water Distribution Certificate required
• 4+ years experience as a water operator, OIC preferred
• Deep understanding of the SDWA and health safety regulations
• Proficient in MS Office and GIS applications
• Experience in a unionized workplace is an asset
