You will manage the end-to-end readiness and launch of Tire and Wheel operations, focusing on increasing efficiency and quality. Key Responsibilities:
• Own Tire and Wheel launch readiness, ensuring process effectiveness
• Collaborate with engineering to define maintenance strategies
• Analyze build and simulation learnings for informed decisions




• Address and resolve Tire & Wheel product quality issues
• Ensure proactive risk anticipation and disciplined decision-making

Requirements:
• Extensive knowledge of automated systems in assembly processes
• Minimum 5 years experience in high-mix, broadcast-driven environments
• Solid capability in APQP, PFMEA, and root cause analysis
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional discussions
• Preferred automotive manufacturing experience in Tire & Wheel
