Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you will collaborate with Client Services Officers and Career Development Specialists. Your main tasks will involve assessing client needs, providing counselling, and helping clients navigate complex support services. This position also entails working with community stakeholders and accepting referrals from agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct interviews to understand client needs
• Provide general counselling and information support
• Assist clients in navigating support systems
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders and partners
• Offer guidance on child support procedures
Requirements:
• Completion of a Bachelor of Social Work degree
• Relevant clinical social work experience
• Proficiency in completing Bio/Psycho/Social assessments
• Excellent communication skills
• Registration as a qualified social worker
