As part of the Company Services team, you will play a significant role in issuer success. This position focuses on supporting the public market lifecycle for TSX and TSXV issuers. Your expertise will drive strategic initiatives to educate, empower, and retain clients while ensuring a high-touch experience throughout their market journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Managing Directors in issuer services
• Execute strategies to enhance client satisfaction
• Manage issuer communications through calls and emails
• Conduct presentations and webinars on capital markets
• Host celebrations for current listings and graduations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Economics
• 7+ years in capital markets experience
• Strong client communication and presentation skills
• Public company and Investor Relations experience
• CFA, MBA, or CPIR is an asset
