Kids & Company is seeking a passionate educator to provide 1:1 support for children with exceptionalities. You will collaborate with families and professionals, implementing individual goals through an Emergent Curriculum. This role requires maintaining high safety standards, documenting daily activities, and offering support across classrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a safe and nurturing learning atmosphere
• Document observations, health checks, and classroom records

Requirements:
• Valid Alberta Early Childhood Educator Level 2 or 3 certification
• Standard Child Care First Aid & CPR Level B
• Current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
• Experience with diverse learning needs as an asset
• Solid communication and organizational skills
