EXP seeks a Junior Structural Designer to assist in developing structural designs and analyzing existing structures. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in designing steel, concrete, and masonry structures
• Analyze and reinforce existing structures as needed
• Collaborate with senior engineers on design projects
• Participate in meetings with architects and consultants
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with designs
Requirements:
• Degree in Structural Engineering from a recognized institution
• 1-3 years of relevant structural engineering experience
• Familiarity with NBCC, CSA standards, and design software such as Etabs
• Field experience conducting compliance reviews and writing reports
• Solid communication skills and ability to work independently
