The role demands continuous communication with field crews, effective utilization of IronSight software, and a commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and prioritize operations work requests
• Schedule and assign equipment and personnel
• Monitor job progress using IronSight
• Communicate with drivers and service providers

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of downhole oilfield experience
• Experience with workovers preferred
• Proficiency in IronSight or ability to learn quickly
