You’ll play a crucial role in team training and visual merchandising while engaging in B2B sales promotions. This is a part-time contract position with pay at $18.35/hour for 12-20 hours weekly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage store openings and closings with the manager
• Encourage team members to meet sales objectives
• Assist in onboarding and training initiatives
• Greet customers and guide them in product choice
• Participate in inventory and compliance tasks

Requirements:
• Proven retail or customer service experience
• Ability to enhance sales through excellent service
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills
