Key Responsibilities:
• Offer tailored guidance for development and behavior management
• Engage in assessment and leadership for Care Plans

• Meet children's physical and emotional needs effectively
• Facilitate open communication with team members and families

Requirements:
• Preferred ECEA Diploma or equivalent certification
• First Aid and CPR certification required
• Relevant experience in childcare settings beneficial
• Strong knowledge of early child development theories
• Advocate for inclusive practices and a diverse environment
