H2 Health is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our outpatient clinic. You will deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy and collaborate with a supportive, clinician-led team to improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications include graduation from a CAPTE-accredited program, an active PT or PTA license (or eligibility), and robust communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
