The Contracts Management Leader will report to the Superintendent – Contracts & Procurement. You’ll oversee contract performance, governance, and execution aligned with operational objectives. Regular visits to the Red Lake site are essential as you navigate a schedule of 5 days on, 2 days off.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee contract management for mining operations
• Implement sourcing and contract strategies alongside stakeholders
• Drive procurement activities from sourcing to award




• Ensure compliance and monitor supplier performance
• Maintain rigorous contract documentation and reporting

Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education, CSCMP preferred
• Background in mining or industrial sectors
• Solid skills in commercial negotiations and risk management
• Advanced Microsoft Office and analytical skills
• Effective communication and relationship management skills
