In this impactful position, you will support a 5-year LRT Construction Program, acting as an extension of the client’s team. Your responsibilities will include technical leadership during project reviews, informing recommendations, and overseeing the integration of civil works. You will also play a critical role in identifying construction risks and ensuring quality outcomes while collaborating closely with diverse project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the client’s advisor for civil infrastructure delivery
• Monitor construction progress and compliance




• Provide independent assessments of project methodologies
• Review technical queries and contractor performance
• Assess risks impacting cost, quality, and safety

Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 15 years of transit infrastructure experience
• Proven construction administration expertise
• Familiarity with design-build and P3 delivery models
• Preferred P.Eng. or Registered Architect designation
