Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with transfer and mobility training programs
• Follow through with ADL retraining recommendations
• Gather data for therapist assessments




• Administer therapies at therapist's direction

Requirements:
• Graduate from PTA/OTA accredited program
• CPO and COTO certification required
• Minimum of three months clinical experience
• Experience in hospital or clinic preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with elderly clients
