The Role
We are seeking a Site Superintendent to join Akash Homes in Calgary, Alberta.

This role is responsible for managing residential construction projects from excavation through to possession. You will oversee daily site activity, coordinate trades and suppliers, ensure homes are delivered on schedule and maintain the high quality standards Akash Homes is known for.

Top 3 Priorities for Your First 6 Month

Deliver homes on schedule while maintaining Akash Homes’ construction and quality standards.

Build strong working relationships with trade partners and internal teams to keep projects moving efficiently.

Identify opportunities to improve site coordination, scheduling, and communication between field and office teams.

What You’ll Own

Manage all phases of residential construction from excavation through possession.

Coordinate trades, suppliers and inspections to maintain build schedules.
