CAAT is seeking a Senior Privacy Expert to contribute to the development and execution of privacy and records management strategies. You’ll be responsible for conducting privacy impact assessments and providing comprehensive guidance to business partners, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. Your expertise will bolster the organization's privacy culture and operational practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the implementation of privacy management programs
• Conduct and oversee privacy incident investigations
• Provide compliance advice and best practices
• Deliver training and awareness programs to staff
• Review legal contracts for privacy risk assessment
Requirements:
• Five (5) years’ experience in privacy and compliance
• Proven ability to design and implement privacy programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Independent and collaborative working style
• Qualified certification in privacy management is an asset
