The Long-Range Maintenance Planner will report to the Superintendent and is responsible for developing comprehensive maintenance plans. With a focus on the fixed plant, this role includes scheduling for shutdowns, ensuring optimal equipment function, and aligning plans with operational objectives. This position demands collaboration across various teams to maintain a culture of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop long-range maintenance plans and schedules for fixed plant equipment
• Create detailed plans for equipment shutdowns
• Maintain a shutdown plan from development to execution




• Identify critical-path activities and schedule constraints
• Prepare quarterly and annual forecasts for maintenance activities

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Maintenance Planning or supervision
• Degree in Engineering or related field preferred
• Experience in remote industrial environments
• Knowledge of safety requirements specific to mining
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
