As the Head of Retail Education in this full time temporary position, you will oversee a team of four and play a pivotal role in shaping the training landscape within the organization. This role involves designing effective learning experiences, enabling staff and retail partners to deliver the ultimate luxury service. Strong collaboration with sales, marketing, and corporate teams will ensure relevance and responsiveness to business needs.
