Your role is vital in ensuring stranded motorists receive reliable support while maintaining safety and efficiency on the road. With your mechanical expertise and customer service skills, you'll help keep traffic flowing smoothly and assist drivers in their time of need. Duties

- Safely operate tow trucks to recover, transport, and assist vehicles involved in accidents or breakdowns
- Assess vehicle conditions and determine the appropriate towing method or repair solution
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and courteously with stranded motorists and dispatch teams
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues or perform basic automotive repairs when necessary
- Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, including vehicle details, locations, and services provided
- Conduct routine inspections of tow trucks to ensure safety, proper functioning, and compliance with regulations

Requirements

- Valid class 5Q (Air) drivers license with a clean driving record




- Proven experience in commercial driving, especially with heavy-duty vehicles or tow trucks, minimum 3 years (Insurance requirement)
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques
- Customer service skills to handle stressful situations professionally and empathetically
- Knowledge of safety procedures, traffic laws, and towing regulations in the local area
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, perform vehicle inspections, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Signing Bonus - The right candidate with sufficient experience may be eligible for a signing bonus up to $2500. Pay: $36,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
