You will lead coaching engagements that promote business agility and facilitate executive-level planning sessions. Your proficiencies in frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, combined with your hands-on experience with Jira, will be instrumental in facilitating Agile adoptions. Effective stakeholder management and communication are critical to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead Agile transformations within enterprise organizations • Provide coaching for executives and delivery teams • Facilitate leadership workshops and PI Planning sessions • Guide changes in operating models and Agile integrations • Drive improvements via Agile metrics and assessments
Requirements: • 10+ years of experience in Agile settings, 2+ as an Agile Coach • Solid leadership in Agile transformations • Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, including SAFe • Excellent influence and communication skills • Consulting mindset with client-facing experience
