Park Paving Ltd. has been locally owned and operated for over 50 years as one of the largest road construction contractors in Edmonton, and we are looking for MAINLINE EXCAVATOR OPERATORS to join our UNDERGROUND DIVISION for the 2026 season. This position is a full -time seasonal role and offers competitive wage with benefits.The primary responsibilities, duties, and expectations of this position include, but are not limited to:Robust working knowledge of excavators and the ability to safely operatePerform pre/post trip inspections and general preventative maintenance of the equipmentUnderstand and utilizes various shoring methods and secure excavation practices such as shields, boxes, air shoring, hydraulic shoring, and slide railsUnderstands and implements proper rigging techniquesWork collaboratively with crewmembers and subcontracted trucks to complete work in an efficient manor.Ability to keep machine tracks clean using a track shovelUnderstand and safely implement proper rigging techniquesRequirementsValid Class 5 Driver's licence Able to work outside in all weather conditions Valid Ground Disturbance 201 Standard training (Alberta)
