This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring teams, developing client relationships, and contributing to the strategic direction of a growing business while remaining involved in technically challenging projects.This is more than a traditional engineering role - it's an opportunity to become a key member of the leadership team, influence business decisions, and position yourself for long-term growth toward Principal and ownership opportunities.What You'll Be DoingProvide technical leadership on a diverse portfolio of mechanical building systems projects.Lead the design and delivery of HVAC, plumbing, hydronic, fire protection coordination, and mechanical building systems.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, developers, contractors, and project stakeholders.Identify and pursue new business opportunities while supporting proposal preparation and presentations.Mentor, coach, and develop junior and intermediate engineers and designers.Oversee project delivery from concept through construction administration.Review designs, calculations, specifications, reports, and drawings for quality assurance.Collaborate closely with the firm's leadership team on strategic planning and continued growth of the Edmonton office.Assist with resource planning, project staffing, budgeting,
