Your job Lead a team of SME Account Managers in a virtual environment.

Participate in defining strategic directions and be on the lookout for market best practices with a view to multi-channel strategy.

Develop regional growth strategies, in conjunction with various business partners, to achieve the financial performance targets of the business plan.

Ensure healthy team management by creating a mobilizing climate.

Ensure your team members growth and development through personalized coaching.

Act as a transformation leader by managing change proactively and effectively with your team.

Your team Within the Business Flex sector, you report to the Vice-President, SME Banking.
