Is this role right for you? In this role, you will: You are a strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.

You have experience working with network tools and systems in complex environments.

You are comfortable supporting system upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.

You can create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and reports.

You are highly responsive to operational issues and can provide timely resolution to complex problems.

You have robust relationship-building skills and are client-focused when interacting with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We''d love to work with you if you have: You have 6+ years of experience working with network tools and systems in large, complex environments.

You have experience with network monitoring and performance tools such as Net

Brain, Algo

Sec, Sev

One, Extra

Hop, or Thousand

Eyes.

You have a working knowledge of network technologies including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and next-generation network infrastructure.

You are familiar with routing protocols such as BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF.

You have experience participating in and delivering network projects, including planning, design, and implementation.

You have strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

You are proficient in creating technical documentation, network assessments, and cost estimates based on business requirements.





You possess solid communication skills and can effectively engage with senior management and key stakeholders.

Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related networking technology field.

Cisco certifications are considered an asset.

Bilingual (Spanish and English) communication skills are required.
