Overview
Vogue Denture Clinic Inc. is an independent denturist clinic with a fully equipped in-house dental laboratory. We combine traditional denture fabrication techniques with modern digital workflows to provide high-quality dental prosthetics. We are looking for an experienced Dental Technician to join our team. We're seeking a well-rounded technician who is comfortable working with both traditional and digital denture workflows and can take a case from start to finish. Whether a case begins with an impression or a digital scan, the ideal candidate will understand the complete fabrication process and take pride in producing precise, high-quality work.
What We're Looking For
- A self starter with good drive
- Previous hands-on experience fabricating complete and/or partial dentures
- Strong understanding of the full denture fabrication process
- Experience with both analogue and digital workflows
- Ability to take cases from initial setup through to final finishing and polishing
- Knowledge of dental materials and laboratory procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented team environment
- Good organization and time-management skills

Responsibilities
Tasks
- Prepare plaster models and molds
- Design dental devices
- Fabricate and repair Immediate dentures, Complete & Partial dentures
- Prosthetic work on Framework
- Implant-supported prosthetics
- Modify dental devices including full or partial dentures, cast frames, clasps and bands
- Denture Repairs, Rebases & Relines
- Acrylic Processing, trimming & Finishing
- Supervise technical staff
- Train other dental Lab assistants & technicians
