Dilawri Group is now actively searching for a BDC Service Retention Manager to join our team at our Regional Head Office in Mississauga.

Pay Rate: $45,000 + monthly bonus

Responsibilities:

- The primary function of this roll is to own the administrative support of the BDC Service operation.
- Monitor and help action email, text and outreach campaign requests to ensure all department tasks are processed and completed in a timely and organized fashion.
- Create, support, and maintain department documentation and resource management.
- Assist with training of new hires and existing team members.




- Perform additional duties as needed or as they develop.

Qualifications:

- 1 or more years of call centre customer service experience (Automotive BDC experience considered an asset)
- Customer focussed mindset with solid written, phone, and digital communication skills
- Team player with a positive, solution focussed attitude
- Ability to stay organized, detailed oriented, and calm under pressure
- High school diploma level education
