Job Title: Forklift Operator

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of hands-on forklift experience and previous experience working in manufacturing or warehouse environments. This role requires someone who is comfortable working all shifts, including days, afternoons, and nights.

Responsibilities:

- Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently

- Load, unload, move, and stack materials as required

- Perform daily inspections of the forklift and report any issues

- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work workplace

- Support general warehouse or production tasks when needed

- Work collaboratively with the team to meet production goals

Requirements:

- 1 to 2 years of forklift operating experience

- Experience working in manufacturing or industrial sites

- Valid forklift certification (preferred)

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

- Comfortable working all shifts (days/afternoons/nights)

- Strong attention to safety and detail

- Good communication and teamwork skills
