We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our Operations Team in Richmond, BC. The successful candidates will support day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect products for damage.
- Stock, organize, label, and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and prepare shipments for delivery.
- Prepare shipping documentation, labels, and coordinate with carriers as required.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected warehouse environment.
- Complete accurate warehouse documentation and records.
- Work collaboratively with the warehouse team and other departments.
- Assess priorities and adapt to changing operational needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned,



including delivery driving, DOP, and FIT testing.

Qualifications

- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Forklift certification or willingness/ability to become certified.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to use or learn basic computer/software systems.
- Valid driver's licence is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and climb as required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., with or without assistance.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Start Date: Immediate

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
