Honorarium Position

Overview

The Web Co-Directors are responsible for managing and maintaining ASUS-affiliated websites, ensuring digital content aligns with the ASUS External Representation Policy. They support marketing initiatives by collaborating with committees, overseeing web content accuracy, and ensuring timely distribution of materials. The Web Co-Directors also liaise with the Marketing & Communications Officer to uphold branding and communication standards.

Time Commitment and Remuneration

Term : May 1st, 2025 – April 30th, 2026

Hours : >4 hours per week

Honorarium : Awarded based on the Honorarium Grid in the Human Resources Policy ( Click here )

Responsibilities

- Maintain and develop ASUS websites,



including queensasus.com, lifeafterartsci.com, and asuscamps.ca.
- Ensure all web content is accurate, appropriate, and compliant with ASUS policies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams and committees to achieve shared goals.
- Meet regularly with the Marketing & Communications Officer and attend marketing-wide meetings.
- Hold at least five (5) office hours per week, evenly distributed throughout the week.
