Lead Specialty Life Insurance’s people strategy as the Executive Vice President of People & Governance. This role combines leadership in HR, compliance, privacy, and governance to enhance organizational performance.

With a focus on strategic partnerships with the President & COO, you’ll champion a high-performing workforce and inclusive culture. Your leadership will drive talent acquisition, regulatory compliance, and governance practices across various functions.

You’ll engage directly with senior leadership to ensure streamlined processes and effective governance throughout the organization.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 10-15 years of leadership experience in governance and compliance
- Robust understanding of regulatory frameworks and HR principles
- Proven ability to influence executive-level decisions
