This role reports directly to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, and emphasizes strategic partnerships and innovative sourcing for the Hamilton LRT project within Utilities and Civil. You will oversee the recruitment lifecycle, develop talent plans, and integrate diversity initiatives into hiring processes.

Your analytical skills will enhance recruitment metrics and insight generation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple divisions
- Utilize creative sourcing methods to build candidate pools




- Consult with managers on hiring needs and trends
- Implement onboarding processes in collaboration with HR
- Align recruitment strategies with business objectives

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years in talent acquisition
- In-depth knowledge of ATS and recruitment metrics
- Exceptional relationship management skills
- Ability to innovate within recruitment practices
- Experience in high-volume sourcing scenarios
