Under the guidance of the Director of Occupational Health & Wellness, the Wellness Specialist will develop and implement integrated health programs. The position emphasizes the importance of mental health, resilience, and workplace safety, ensuring a supportive environment for all staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead development of integrated employee wellness programs
- Coordinate program operations, scheduling,



and compliance
- Monitor program performance using metrics and data
- Conduct research to enhance program design and experience
- Develop marketing strategies to promote participation

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in a health-related field
- Minimum 3 years of wellness program experience
- Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification required
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
