- Implement IO connectivity and pad ring definitions
- Create validate physical design deliverables
- Ensure compliance with design and package constraints
- Drive improvements through silicon debugging efforts
Requirements:
- Electrical Engineering B.S. with 12+ years of experience
- Experience in pad planning and IO design principles
- Understanding of advanced IO library cells and interfaces
- Familiar with EDA tools for design tasks
- Proficiency in Tcl and/or Python for automation
