This critical position reports to the Superintendent of People & Culture. You will be responsible for guiding leaders on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning. Key Responsibilities: - Provide timely people management advice to operational leaders - Support employee engagement and retention strategies - Coacher leaders in performance management and workplace investigations - Facilitate effective recruitment and onboarding procedures - Analyze People & Culture metrics to guide decisions
Requirements: - 1-3 years of HR generalist experience - Degree or diploma in HR or related field - CHRP designation considered an asset - Familiarity with HR best practices and legislation - Organizational skills and proficiency in HR information systems
