Our partner company seeks a Head of Operations to oversee critical infrastructure for their thriving direct-to-consumer business. You will implement scalable systems, build SOPs, and recruit functional leaders to foster sustainable growth. The focus is on transitioning daily responsibilities to a capable team, enabling effective operational performance without reliance on the founder.
Key Responsibilities:



- Own end-to-end operational management for supply chain and fulfillment - Design scalable systems and clear operational processes - Establish operational knowledge base and continuously improve workflows - Develop accurate inventory systems and visibility measures - Build reporting metrics for leadership decision-making
Requirements: - Minimum 3 years in operations for eCommerce or DTC - Experience in high-growth brands generating $20M–$50M annually - Proficient in supply chain, 3PL, and customer support operations - Robust analytical skills and experience with Shopify and Notion - Proven track record in hiring, onboarding, and managing teams
