About The RoleThis role is hybrid and to be located in Halifax, Nova Scotia. As our Director of Finance, you are the architect of the financial reporting, systems, and processes that will power our next phase of growth. You will be responsible for the "financial integrity" of our mission,



ensuring that every dollar of investment and grant funding is deployed with precision. This is a high-impact, cross-border role. You will bridge the gap between two legal systems, managing intercompany transfers, foreign exchange (FX) risk, and consolidated reporting. Your work will also ensure our Company is audit-ready for a Series A raise. ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement the Company’s financial policies and procedures.
