This critical position reports to the Superintendent of People & Culture. You will be responsible for guiding leaders on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning. Key Responsibilities: • Provide timely people management advice to operational leaders • Support employee engagement and retention strategies • Coacher leaders in performance management and workplace investigations • Facilitate effective recruitment and onboarding procedures • Analyze People & Culture metrics to guide decisions

Requirements: • 1-3 years of HR generalist experience • Degree or diploma in HR or related field • CHRP designation considered an asset • Familiarity with HR best practices and legislation • Organizational skills and proficiency in HR information systems
