This role is responsible for supporting and enhancing day-to-day operational functions, with a focus on team leadership, process efficiency, and maintaining high standards of compliance and service delivery.Key Responsibilities- Support the oversight and day-to-day coordination of a customer service function- Contribute to the management and ongoing optimization of internal systems and tools- Monitor the timely and accurate processing of financial documentation in line with regulatory requirements- Uphold data quality and integrity across operational processes- Assist with system enhancements, implementations, and upgrades- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies- Coordinate with external vendors and support performance tracking- Help maintain adherence to risk, compliance,
