We are WSP.The OpportunityThe BIM Facilities Specialistis a senior Revit-focused technical specialist responsible for the development, management, and delivery of facility, building, and asset models on large-scale infrastructure projects. This role serves as the subject matter expert for Revit-based workflows, ensuring high-quality model development, BIM standards compliance, and seamless interoperability between building and infrastructure design environments.The successful candidate will possess extensive experience working with Revit on complex infrastructure projects and demonstrate strong knowledge of Civil 3D integration workflows, shared coordinate systems, model exchange processes, and multidisciplinary coordination within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) environments.Your ImpactServe as the technical lead for Revit-based building and facilities modelling activities across infrastructure projectsDevelop, maintain, and manage complex Revit models for stations, maintenance facilities, operations buildings, tunnels, utility structures, and other infrastructure-related assetsCoordinate building and facility models with Civil 3D, rail, utility, and transportation design models to support multidisciplinary project deliveryManage interoperability workflows between Revit and Civil 3D, including shared coordinates, surface integration, corridor references, utility coordination (pipe networks), and model exchange processesSupport project BIM execution through model management, quality control, standards compliance, and digital delivery workflowsDevelop and maintain Revit templates, family libraries, project standards, and modelling best practicesParticipate in design coordination reviews utilizing Autodesk Forma / ACC and NavisworksWork closely with architects, engineers, BIM coordinators,
and discipline leads to resolve modelling and coordination challengesProvide mentoring and technical support to junior BIM staff and project teamsContribute to the development and continuous improvement of BIM standards, workflows, and digital delivery processesSupport asset information and data requirements associated with project handover and operational readinessParticipate in BIM workshops, project coordination meetings, and design reviewsThe Skills That Set You Apart4 to 5 years of experience in BIM, digital delivery and workflowsAdvanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, including model management, family creation, documentation, work-sharing, project setup and interoperability workflowsStrong experience delivering Revit models on transportation, transit, rail, infrastructure, institutional, or large multidisciplinary projectsDemonstrated experience integrating Revit and Civil 3D models within complex project environmentsStrong understanding of shared coordinate systems, georeferencing, model federation, and infrastructure coordination workflowsExperience using ACC: including Docs, Design Collaboration, Model Coordination, and IssuesExperience developing and maintaining Revit templates, family standards, and BIM content librariesThorough understanding of BIM Execution Plans, LOD, LOI, and project BIM quality requirementsWorking knowledge of ISO 19650 information management principlesStrong understanding of multidisciplinary project delivery involving civil, structural, architectural, MEP, rail, and utility disciplinesPreferred QualificationsDiploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Architectural Technology, Building Sciences, Construction Technology, or a related fieldAutodesk Professional Certifications in Revit, ACC, or related Autodesk technologies is an assetExperience in creating robust documentation including written procedures, workflows, diagrams and presentationsExperience supporting asset digitization, digital twin initiatives, or facilities information managementExperience with Dynamo, Python, or Revit API automationFamiliarity with IFC, COBie, GIS integration, and asset data management workflowsExperience supporting commissioning, operations, maintenance, or owner handover requirementsCompensationAB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $77400 - $102 500MB & ON:
