IAM Gold is seeking Front Line Security Guards for the Cote Project Mine Site, offering full-time work from home. Rotate two weeks in, two weeks out with shifts of 12 hours each.
This position calls for dedicated individuals with an Ontario Security License and First Aid Certification. Guards will cover several postings on the site, practicing rigorous safety protocols and effective communication, and benefiting from meals and lodging provided onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute foot and vehicle patrols diligently
• Manage access and perform surveillance duties
• Communicate clearly using two-way radios
• Prepare and maintain accurate incident reports
• Work effectively in varied weather conditions
Requirements:
• Possess an Ontario Driver's License
• Hold a valid Ontario Security License
• CPR/1st Aid Certification required
• Robust capability for physical tasks and report writing
• Good social and English communication skills
