- Analyze business and technical requirements
- Produce functional and technical designs, including workflows, business rules, and integrations
- Ensure solutions align with target architecture, IT standards, and organizational best practices
- Collaborate with architects, development teams, and business partners
- Support implementation activities
- Contribute to estimations and planning
- Support testing phases and analyze defects
- Maintain up-to-date design documentation
- Act as a key resource during production deployments
- Support production activities
- Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field
- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in IT solution design
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities
- Solid understanding of complex application environments
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry, particularly underwriting and new business operations, is an asset
- Experience with several of: Azure DevOps, .NET 8, Git, SQL Server, MongoDB, BizTalk, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and mainframe environments
- Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence capabilities to design, develop,



or optimize modern web-based products and services within Azure DevOps environments
- Intermediate English proficiency, spoken and written
- Advanced French proficiency, spoken and written
