JVS Toronto is seeking an Employment Counsellor to support vulnerable youth in Toronto/Markham. You will conduct assessments, provide employment counselling, and manage client progress using Salesforce. The role requires strong communication, collaboration with teams, and outreach to partners. The position offers a 35-hour work week, a one-year contract with the possibility of full-time employment, and a starting salary in the mid 56k CAD range, with perks and pension options.
