You will be the sole finance person, working directly with the co-founders. This is a hands-on, full-cycle role covering bookkeeping, tax, HST, payroll, and financial reporting.You will also coordinate with external firms and advisors on specialized matters as they come up. We are not expecting you to handle everything alone, but you will be the person who runs the day-to-day and knows when to bring in outside help.ResponsibilitiesAccounting & ReportingMaintain books in QuickBooks Online or XeroPerform monthly bank and Stripe reconciliationPrepare monthly financial statements (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow)Share monthly financial updates with the co-foundersTax & CRA CompliancePrepare and file annual corporate tax returns (T2)Manage HST/GST filings, remittances,
