Reporting directly to the Lifestyle & Wellness Manager, your role involves assisting in the development and implementation of programs that promote residents' holistic wellness. You will collaborate with a team to encourage participation and gather feedback on program effectiveness. Your proactive and positive approach will help create a fulfilling workplace for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning of diverse recreational activities
• Promote participation in social and wellness programs
• Conduct regular wellness checks with residents
• Supervise volunteers and coordinate outings
• Maintain confidentiality and security of resident information
Requirements:
• Diploma in recreation or Senior Living experience
• Basic First Aid Certificate
• Class 4 Drivers License
• At least one year in a recreational role
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
