They are seeking aSenior Property Manager to take full leadership of aflagship, two-tower condominium community in the heart of Toronto - a highly visible asset within their portfolio. The Role As theSenior Property Manager , you will be thelead operator and strategic partner to the Board for a large, high-profile condominium community.You will overseeall operational, financial, and team performance aspects of the property - ensuring a seamless resident experience while maintaining strong financial and physical asset performance. This is ahands-on leadership role , ideal for someone who thrives in ahigh-profile, high-accountability environment . Requirements Key Responsibilities Act as theprimary advisor to the Board of Directors , guiding governance, compliance,
