Transform student lives as a Neighbourhood Manager within the Division of Student Affairs. Oversee a residence community, ensuring support and engagement for 400-600 students.
You'll report to the Associate Director and collaborate with a team managing crisis response, student conduct, and staff training. A focus on developing a positive living workplace will guide your leadership in fostering academic success and personal growth among students. This role includes after-hours emergency response responsibilities as well.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead a residence community of 400-600 students • Manage after-hours emergency and crisis response • Oversee student conduct processes and follow-up • Hire and train student staff and volunteers • Report and address facilities issues as they arise
Requirements: • Undergraduate degree in a related field • Minimum 4 years in crisis management or leadership • Experience in hiring and supervising staff • Proven skills in conflict resolution and emergency response • Ability to work flexible shifts and rotations
